Level 167: early-board notes
These notes describe visible checkpoints in the Daisy Gaming recording, reviewed on . Use them alongside the video to compare your board. They are not a complete tap-by-tap solution; fish names below describe colors and shapes, not official species names.
Compare the early board at 0:10 →
The recorded progress counter has a goal of 123. This is the on-screen counter, not a move count or a count of fish visible in one frame.
Use the lower blue clusters as landmarks
The early 0:10 view shows an orange-striped order on the left while the adjacent jar is in a clear animation. The displayed counter goal is 123. A pair of blue-and-yellow fish sits in the bottom-center bubble above a blue fish with white stripes. More white-striped blue fish sit at the lower left and lower right.
Separate stripes from yellow fins
The bottom-center blue-and-yellow pair and the white-striped blue fish directly below it are different designs. Do not count that bubble as a ready-made triple just because it contains three blue fish. Compare the target portrait once the jar animation finishes; the replacement order is more useful than the Nice message for deciding what to collect next.
Inspect the triangular-finned group before mixing species
Two dark teal, triangular-finned fish are visible in the central group between orange fish, with more of that design toward the lower left. This gives you a concrete group to inspect if that portrait becomes an active order. First check which pieces are selectable and which third fish completes the design, instead of taking the central pair and then switching to the bottom blue pair.

This Level 167 mapping was verified from the Daisy Gaming Fish Sort Puzzle playlist on 2026-09-30. The guide targets the Shycheese game with Android package triple.sorting.bubble.fish.match. Updates can change a board, so report a mismatch with the app version and opening layout.
