Level 88: early-board notes
These notes describe visible checkpoints in the Daisy Gaming recording, reviewed on . Use them alongside the video to compare your board. They are not a complete tap-by-tap solution; fish names below describe colors and shapes, not official species names.
Compare the early board at 0:10 →
The recorded progress counter has a goal of 162. This is the on-screen counter, not a move count or a count of fish visible in one frame.
The hermit order has exposed shell-bearing candidates
The early frame shows green with a cream belly at 0/3 and shell-bearing hermit at 2/3. Free hermit candidates sit on the middle left and farther down the left side. Their tan curved shells and red bodies match the second portrait. The small blue-and-cream fish next to one hermit has a different face and outline.
A hermit also appears inside the bottom-center chain
The bottom-center chain marked 1 encloses hermit, blue, and seahorse artwork. The key is at the bottom right beside green-and-cream and other fish. Compare the exposed left-hand hermits before relying on the chained candidate. Follow the key interaction in the video to establish the chain's state rather than assuming that visible artwork is selectable.
The large central gold trio belongs to another design
Three flat gold fish share the central group with two tall pink fish. A purple-and-gold striped pair sits at the bottom left, while a dark round-blue pair occupies the right-hand group. These are distinct from the two displayed targets. An exposed green-and-cream candidate lower on the right is a more direct reference for the fresh green portrait.
Video source and version check
This Level 88 mapping was verified from the Daisy Gaming Fish Sort Puzzle playlist on 2026-09-30. The guide targets the Shycheese game with Android package triple.sorting.bubble.fish.match. Updates can change a board, so report a mismatch with the app version and opening layout.
