Level 98: early-board notes

These notes describe visible checkpoints in the Daisy Gaming recording, reviewed on . Use them alongside the video to compare your board. They are not a complete tap-by-tap solution; fish names below describe colors and shapes, not official species names.

Compare the early board at 0:10 →

The recorded progress counter has a goal of 183. This is the on-screen counter, not a move count or a count of fish visible in one frame.

Compare the central crabs with the first order

At 0:10, the left order shows a crab at 0/3 and the right order shows a pink-and-white tall-finned fish at 0/3. The middle jar is clearing. Two crabs share the central group with pink-and-white, orange-faced blue-finned, and yellow-and-black artwork. Inspect those crab candidates against the first portrait.

A crab is not a spotted octopus

Two red, spotted octopus-like pieces sit together near the upper center. Their spotted heads and hanging arms differ from the crabs' claws and sideways bodies. Do not count them toward the crab order. A third crab is visible left of the central group, providing another position to compare for accessibility before opening an unrelated pair.

Check the right frosted group and lower question mark

A frosted bubble marked 2 sits on the right below mid-height, while a rainbow question mark appears at the bottom left. The question mark's identity is not visible here. Also distinguish the plain pink fish with a tall body from the white-faced pink target. Wait for the middle jar's replacement before deciding whether either nearby pair suits the new order.
