Level 83: early-board notes

These notes describe visible checkpoints in the Daisy Gaming recording, reviewed on . Use them alongside the video to compare your board. They are not a complete tap-by-tap solution; fish names below describe colors and shapes, not official species names.

Compare the early board at 0:10 →

The recorded progress counter has a goal of 123. This is the on-screen counter, not a move count or a count of fish visible in one frame.

Two orders have different remaining requirements

The early frame shows light blue with white stripes at 1/3 and dark whale at 2/3. An exposed striped-blue piece and whale share the bottom-center group with small blue-and-cream artwork. These are useful candidates to compare directly. The small cream-faced fish does not match either portrait, despite sitting next to both targets.

A central frosted group includes a whale

A frosted group marked 4 near the center contains whale, shell-bearing hermit, and darker cyan-striped artwork. The dark cyan stripes differ from the first order's pale stripes. Keep those protected pieces separate from the exposed whale and light-striped candidate below. This frame identifies their location but does not establish the frosted group's unlocking mechanism.

The right-hand pairs are different from both targets

Two purple fish with a white band and orange patch sit around the middle right. Two small blue-and-cream fish appear together at the bottom right. Those pairs are separate designs from the long whale and pale-striped blue portraits. A colored shape higher on the right is less clear; do not assign it a hidden identity from this frame.
